Experience Segun has directed several tink-tank policy projects at national level including the most recent 2012- NCC led Policy framework, Strategic Guidelines and 5-Action Plan on Nigeria Child Online Protection covering ICT Industry, Law Enforcement, Education, Policy Makers, and Youths; www.cop.gov.ng; 2012-13 Ministry of Comm. Tech – Internet Governance Policy framework & Multistakeholders Strategic Action Plan. www.nigf.org.ng ; 2010-2013 Nigeria Police Cybercrime Readiness-Strategic  Action Plan for Federal Min. of Police Affairs.

Countries he has managed projects include, World Bank, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, the Philippines etc

Experience He has worked variously as a project consultant and is currently with GoldBerry Systems Limited as the Chief Technical consultant for ACL Applications Development and Database Security, Audit and Control and Enterprise Risk Management. He is also involved in ERP(SAP and Oracle Financials) security and audit reviews and training. His major research interests are buffer overflows, reverse engineering applications and database hacking, Computer Forensics and other security and audit related research.

Experience Franklin is a member of CPAA consulting team with core competence in lCT laws and cybersecurty legal drafting. He is the Managing Partner of DataLaws in Britain where he specializes in Information Technology Contract Negotiations, Information Security Law, Data Protection, Electronic Commerce and Identity Theft. Over the past 15 years, he has advised numerous global organizations on how to map their environments information security strategies and practices to meet legislative requirements.

Experience Hayatudeen previously has successfully designed and implemented a wide range of internetworks, information system security, electronic discovery and digital forensics solutions. He served in various management and technical capacity as in-house consultant in Security Analyst, Information System requirement analysis, design and modeling, Information system project management including risk analysis, scope management and costing, designing and  implementing  information security strategies and policy frameworks and compliance to meet  legal requirement in data handling, Electronic Discovery and Forensic Analysis, Computer Emergency Incident Response coordination including response, planning, Incident Readiness and Penetration testing and  Design and implementation Cybersecurity strategy and policies.

Designation: Senior Lead Consultant – Strategic Project Leadership Advisory

Role: Cyberforensic & Risk Management
Experience Cole has over 28 years of diversified experience in both public and private sector mostly in the United States and in Nigeria. He has provided the blueprint for the privatization of the Nigerian electric industry embarked upon by the Nigerian government and assisted the Nigerian Legislature in harmonizing the House and Senate Bills on Cybercrime and Nigerian Telecommunications Act. In addition, he assisted to write various areas of the new Nigerian tax Laws for the Nigerian Tax Agency that transformed into the autonomous Nigeria’s Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) under its reform Agenda that transformed the FIRS into one of the major revenue generating organs of the Nigerian Government outside of the oil sector.
